Pasternak & Fidis is sad to share that our beloved partner, mentor, and friend Nancy Fax passed away on June 4, 2018. She was diagnosed in May with stage 4 pancreatic cancer that had already spread to her liver. Though she originally planned to begin chemotherapy and expected to be able to keep working for a time, her condition changed rapidly. In the end, Nancy was surrounded by her loving and devoted family, and her firm family mourns with them.
Pasternak & Fidis will carry on Nancy’s tradition of exceptional service to our clients, to our profession, and to our community, as a fitting tribute to her. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we adjust to reallocating among our other estates and trusts partners those myriad responsibilities that Nancy was personally handling with such grace and such excellence. Thank you for your continued friendship to our firm and for keeping Nancy and her family in your thoughts and prayers.
